I use 4 Different LACRM Accounts

My name is Tom Clapp and I have been using LACRM for years now and I pleased to tell you how much of a difference it has made in my life, keeping all of the different things I do organized.

I own two companies, Employee Testing Center and National Lending Association. Employee Testing Center specializes in pre-employment personality, IQ and Aptitude Testing to help owners hire great staff. My second company, National Lending Association, specializes in helping medical practices of various types with their patient financing. We have clients all over the country that we service mostly small to medium sized businesses.

For years I have also been using the LCARM as a volunteer with my church for keeping in touch with parishioners for a variety of reasons. This has been been very helpful.

I got a local business club that I oversee to start using LACRM to track it’s members. That’s made a difference also.

Last but not least I started a new organization, Citizens Academy US, where we are educating US citizens on the 6 purposes of the Constitution contained in the Preamble which is the first sentence of the document. It starts with “We the People…..”

So, I lead a pretty busy life overall. Happy to engage with anyone who reads my posts.

Welcome Tom! Thanks for sharing, and welcome to the forum

You sound extremely busy with so many businesses and groups! How do you manage your time efficiently to keep everything running? Do you have any tips for using multiple CRM accounts and staying organized?

Great question Emily. On each of the CRM’s, I over organize at first with several groups and pipelines related to contact and company records. Then I find out through actual usage with clients, etc., what groups, pipelines I actually need to keep track of everything and then give the CRM a hair cut and remove unnecessary groups, pipeline steps, ect.. I also adjusted the pipelines to more closely monitor what I am actually doing and the whole CRM usage becomes smooth.
