I own a boutique Life, Disability & Long Term Care Insurance agency serving clients in 17 states. (KS, MO, NE, AR, NC, CO, AZ, GA, PA, MA, IA, TN, TX, MD, MI, VA & D.C.)

As a solopreneur I need to keep things as streamlined as possible so using a clunky does-way-more-than-I-need-it-to CRM was not an option. I searched high and low for an insurance CRM that would fit me, but most were based around home and auto insurance and didn’t quite fit. Even though I was initially drawn to the free options out there, I truly wanted something Less Annoying! :laughing: I have been a user for over a year now and LOVE this CRM. I’ve customized it just how I like it and it does all that I need it to. The email integration feature was the icing on the cake. Saving me that one extra step of having to cut and paste emails into my customer notes might be small, but it’s a really big deal to my mental health.
