Thanks for sharing the roadmap. LACRM is already the best value among my business apps - these will make it even better!
Excellent start! I’m looking forward to more.

This forum and road map are awesome. LACRM is good stuff
Thanks for the video and insight into whats happening. Really excited about the iOS app, cannot wait for that to be rolled out.
Thanks
Chris
You mentioned calling from the mobile app when ready, could you add in that you have the ability during the call to record the call and add the recording to the notes
can you add the community as a button with less annoying that will take us straight to the web page
I’m afraid we don’t have plans to add the ability to record calls and save the recording to notes with the mobile app, sorry about that! The mobile app would allow caller ID, so you can see if a CRM contact is calling you, but it won’t record the call. We do have some integrations with other VOIP phone systems that will automatically record calls to the CRM, but that would require using a different phone system. If you’re interested in using a VOIP phone system for call recording, check out these resources!
That is our long term goal! Ultimately we want to link the forum under our “Help” section, but since we’ve just started the forum it’ll be a bit longer before we get there. For now, I’d recommend bookmarking it in your browser for easier access!
To expand on what Emily said, unfortunately it’s not possible for us to record the call if it’s going through your phone. When we initiate the call on your phone, it opens the “phone” app at which point the call happens outside our app, so there’s no way for us to record it.
We could in theory build our own VOIP (voice over IP) tool where you’d get a separate phone number hosted by us and you could call out with that rather than your normal mobile number. But that would be a pretty massive undertaking for us, and we surveyed customers earlier this year about that idea and didn’t get enough demand to justify that project, at least not for now.
Sorry I don’t have a better answer for you, but I hope that makes sense!
I’m so excited for the upcoming mobile app!
Really appreciate the insight and roadmap to what the Team are doing and love the videos and for creating this Forum for like-minded users to connect and support one another. Time to get lost in all of the helpful content that would appear on here.
As for the call recording, I own my own VoIP Company (In the UK) and it is not just very tricky but also a legal issue of recording calls. There was an app on Android which was great at recording calls, but they had to change how the app worked due to legal matters and could only record your side of the call.
A VoIP Service is the way forward; we have it on our Company roadmap of looking at ways of integrating with the LACRM via the API to note call logs in the CRM, amongst other features. We will be reaching out to the CRM team to seek their help on this, sorry Tyler. lol.
Thanks for the videos once again and the EPIC improvements the LACRM team are making!!!
Good community building. It is also indicative of your positive business culture.
Thanks for the communication
Good to know whats planned, thanks for sharing
Thank you for the update…
