In contacts view, in top right area I can sort by earliest to latest etc. I can also add a filter to only show contacts from a certain group.
Is there any way of saving the applied filter and sort order for easy retrieval?
I often do complex sorts / filters then a customer phones and I have to look them up in LACRM . Then I lose the sort / filter I had
Not yet, but hopefully soon! We’re currently working on adding the ability to create saved views, which would allow you to save sorts/filters so you can easily get back to them. That’s still a little ways off at this point, but it is currently in development.
In the meantime, as a workaround, you can bookmark the page in your web browser and then use the bookmark to return.
The bookmark method Emily mentioned works great – I’ve got a whole bookmark folder of various LACRM views to view different slices of my contacts and my pipelines.
