proudest thing from 2025 was finally getting our lead capture workflow dialled in — we were losing so many contacts between linkedin conversations and actually getting them into lacrm. took way too long to fix honestly.
for 2026 the big one is follow-up consistency. i’m good at the initial outreach but terrible at the 30/60/90 day check-ins. planning to use pipelines more seriously for that instead of just relying on memory (which clearly doesn’t work lol).
