One of the biggest drawbacks of LACRM is that I often have to leave the CRM to go accomplish other tasks. One thing I would really like is either an integration with Calendly, Zoom or Google Calendar, where I can create an event in the calendar with a Zoom Link and it would send out the calendar event to the attached guests as well as the zoom link.
We do have an integration with Google Calendar, and with Calendly! If you integrate Google calendar, you could create an event in Google and send an invite out from there. That event will then automatically sync over to the CRM. If you connect Calendly with Google calendar, events added through Calendly will also sync over to LACRM via Google. Or, we have a direct integration with Calendly via CalForce. That integration will add the event directly into LACRM, and will also create a new contact if that contact doesn’t yet exist. You can learn more about the CalForce integration here. Either of those options (syncing Google calendar or CalForce) will work, but if you’d like new contacts created I’d recommend using CalForce!
