I’m not sure what causes it, but sometimes Outlook email or calendar linking gets turned off. When this happens, it’s often not noticed until I try to look at some staff member’s calendar, and see nothing, or look at a client history and see no recent emails.
Would it be possible for LACRM to detect when this happens and send an email (ideally to both the LACRM user admin) letting them know?
The email integration and calendar integrations can sometimes be turned off. That can happen for a number of reasons, but the most common is if LACRM’s access was revoked (this can happen if you change your Outlook password, or if it expires, among other reasons). We do send an email out if the email integration or a calendar integration are turned off, so you should get an email notification. Those are sent from alerts@lessannoyingcrm.com; if you’re not seeing that you may need to check spam/junk.
If one of your syncs was turned off recently and you didn’t get an email, I can reach out via email to investigate and provide more detail. Just let me know if you’d like me to do that!

I don’t think the issue is with the emails being sent - I think it’s with my folks ignoring them.
That’s why I’d like an option to CC the admin on any significant account changes, such as the link failing.
Ah, I see! That is a slightly different issue
We don’t have plans to have admins CCed on emails when integrations turned off. A few reasons for that, one being on larger accounts with multiple admins and a number of users it can get a bit messy. Integrations are also intentionally more individual/personal in that they’re managed by each individual user, rather than being managed by an administrator. That said, we are hoping to make some changes to make it easier for a user to see if their integration was disconnected, so it’s more visible to the user. For the email integration specifically, we’re also planning to add a way that when someone’s integration is turned off, when they turn it back on it’ll automatically capture emails sent during the time it was turned off so you don’t end up with missing email logs. Sorry I don’t have better news for you there, but hopefully those changes in the future help some!
