We’re working on the first of four “simplicity” projects for 2026. This video walks through what we’ve done so far, and what’s coming up next:

Great to see and hear what you are doing, looks great. I also think it’s wise that you are easing off new features and concentrating on usability / user interface of LACRM as it is.

As an older age user of LACRM, who spends 8 hours a day using it, lots of new features and many changes can easily become a little overwhelming. Also I suspect anyone on ADHD spectrum would have same challenges.

You have a fantastic product in LACRM, I am old shool and used Act!, SalesForce and do you remember Maximiser? ; in years gone by, I will stay with LACRM and never want to move.

Thanks, Chris! You’re definitely the type of person we have in mind with our changes this year.

The reality is that a business like ours can’t survive long-term without adding features to keep up with changing customer expectations. But I think what most software companies get wrong is they only add and never revisit how all these features are meant to work together. With the right blend of adding new features and simplifying old ones, my hope is that we can keep up with the changing market without our product getting harder to use.

Thanks for speaking up. We hear a lot from people who want features x, y, and z, so it’s good to also hear from the people who just want things to be stable and trustworthy.
