Sometimes old tasks never get dealt with and just get pushed down the list. I can easily see them in the task report, but there doesn’t seem to be any way to select multiple tasks to delete in one go. Just deleting an individual task takes 3 clicks, which is tedious. Is there a better way?
Unfortunately not, no. We have discussed adding the ability to bulk delete tasks in the future, and while that is something we hope to do I’m afraid we don’t have a timeline on when something like that might happen. Sorry I don’t have better news for you there! In the meantime, as you said, you’ll need to click into the task, go to “Actions” and then delete it, sorry I know that’s a bit tedious.
I understand there’s always going to be more feature requests than can every be implemented; I appreciate that your team listens and always responds – unlike some other products!
